"Go Truck" is pleased to welcome you. Your continued use of our App and Website agrees to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Use, which together with our Privacy Policy govern our relationship with "Go Truck". This App/Website and Services (as described below)

In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions set forth herein and the provisions of any other document executed between the parties, the terms and conditions set forth herein shall prevail.

Definitions

"Services" means the services provided by "Go Truck" which enable the following:

Cargo (goods) transport services by vehicles by customers for the service of loading or transporting goods from one place to another, or inter-city and inter-city time and usage based service between cities across India and such other services as "Go Truck" may add from time to time.

Employment of labor by customers to load or unload goods.

"Vehicle" includes all operations and services performed by us in connection with the goods.

"Goods" means a package, parcel, package or goods delivered or accepted by us under our Goods Reference;

As well as carrying or inciting any illegal items (cargo) is entirely up to the user. "Go Truck" is not responsible in any way for this. The user is responsible for operating the vehicle without any related documents such as vehicle official registration certificate, vehicle insurance certificate, driver's license, pollution control certificate change etc.

Interpretation, administration and other declarations having the effect of a law of the Republic of India or a law of a state, municipality, court, tribunal, government, ministry, department, commission, arbitral tribunal or board or other body having jurisdiction is law in India. User shall not load or unload cargo without it

If there is any accident, the owner of the vehicle will be held responsible.

It is hereby clarified that our Services are available only to individuals or businesses that can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Any individual or business entity legally operating in India or any other country may use and have the right to use the services provided by "Go Truck". To be a User and to be eligible to use our Services, an individual must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age.

"Go Truck" advises its users to follow the relevant laws when accessing the website. "GO TRUCK" IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONSEQUENCES OF YOUR CONDUCT OR ACTIONS WHILE USING THE WEBSITE. "Go Truck" may, at its sole discretion, refuse service to anyone at any time.

User(s) Agreement

This Agreement shall apply to the User(s) accessing the Website for any purpose whether the User(s) are Visitors, Registered - Free or Paid User(s). This applies to any legal entity that you may represent under actual or apparent authority. Users may use this Site for their own or internal purposes only.

This Agreement applies to all "Go Truck" Services, subject to the specific Service used by Users
